Meaning: “Not…” \/ “Does not…”
<\/span><\/strong>The structure \uff5e\u306c<\/strong> is an old-fashioned form of \uff5e\u306a\u3044<\/strong> (negative form) and is used in formal writing, classical literature, or Japanese poetry. It carries a negative meaning and is often found in traditional texts or formal speeches.
