Meaning: “Not necessarily”, “It doesn\u2019t always mean that…”
<\/span><\/strong>“\uff5e\u3068\u306f\u9650\u3089\u306a\u3044” is used to express that something is not always true or certain, even if it might be expected to be so. It conveys that there is an exception or uncertainty in a situation that might otherwise seem predictable. It can be translated as “not necessarily” or “it doesn\u2019t always mean that…”.
