Meaning: “Let’s do…” “Why don’t we…”
The structure ～ようではないか or ～ようじゃないか is used to express an invitation, suggestion, or encouragement for others to join in doing something. It’s a strong expression often used in formal situations or when the speaker wants to show determination or unity. 
　　※～ようではないか is more formal.
　　※～ようじゃないか is less formal but still conveys strong encouragement.

Structure:
　　・Verb (Volitional form) + ではないか／じゃないか

               （あたらしい じだい を むかえる ため に、へんかく を おこそう じゃ ない か。）
               Let’s bring about change to welcome a new era.

      5. 🌟 みんなでこの問題について考えようではないか。
               （みんな で この もんだい について かんがえよう では ない か。）
               Let’s all think about this problem together.

      6. 🌟 明るい未来のために、今から努力しようじゃないか。
               （あかるい みらい の ため に、いま から どりょく しよう じゃ ない か。）
               Let’s start making efforts now for a bright future.

      7. 🌟 平和のために、共に歩んでいこうではないか。
               （へいわ の ため に、ともに あゆんで いこう では ない か。）
               Let’s walk together for peace.

      8. 🌟 この計画を成功させるために、全力を尽くそうじゃないか。
               （この けいかく を せいこう させる ため に、ぜんりょく を つくそう じゃ ない か。）
               Let’s give our all to make this plan a success.

      9. 🌟 皆で力を合わせて、困難を乗り越えようではないか。
               （みんな で ちから を あわせて、こんなん を のりこえよう では ない か。）
               Let’s join forces and overcome the difficulties together.
