Meaning: “Through…”, “By means of…”, “Throughout…”
“～を通じて／を通して” is used to express two main ideas: 1) something happening through a medium, method, or agent, and 2) something continuing throughout a period of time. It indicates that something occurs through a particular method or medium, or that an event or state extends over a certain period. The difference between “を通じて” and “を通して” is subtle, and they are often interchangeable.
