Meaning: “If…” / “Supposing…”
This structure is used to make an assumption or describe a hypothetical situation that may or may not occur. “もしも” combined with “～たら” expresses a hypothetical situation, emphasizing the possibility and the consequence if that situation were to actually happen.
　※Note: “もしも” can be used with “たら,” “なら,” or “ば” to express hypothetical situations. However, “～たら” is commonly used to express a familiar and relatable assumption.
