Meaning: “While doing…”, “On the way to…”
This structure is used to express that the speaker performs a primary action and, at the same time, does something else as a secondary action. It shows the combination of two actions where one is primary, and the other is done incidentally.
　※Note: This structure is commonly used in everyday language to indicate doing two actions at once, taking advantage of one action to do another.
