Meaning: “Not worth…”, “Not enough to…”
The structure ～に足らない / に足りない is used to express that something is not valuable or important enough to be considered or paid attention to. It conveys the idea that the subject is trivial or insignificant.
　※Note: Both structures can be used interchangeably, but ～に足らない tends to be used in more formal contexts.
