Meaning: “At most…”, “At best…”, “Only…”
“せいぜい” is used to express the maximum limit of something, often implying that the amount, effort, or result is not very much or impressive. It conveys the meaning that even if the maximum is reached, it is still somewhat limited or modest.
　※Note: “せいぜい” is often used when expectations are low, or when the speaker believes that there isn’t much more that can be done or achieved.
