Meaning: “There is…”, “There are…”
This structure is used to express the existence of an object or to inform about the presence of something. It is commonly used to talk about inanimate objects, places, or events.
　※Note: “があります” is used only with nouns that refer to things, events, or places. For nouns referring to people, “がいます” is used instead.
