Meaning: “Speaking of…” / “When you say…” / “If you mean…”
The structure “～と言うと” is used to continue the conversation, bring up a related topic, or to ask what the listener thinks of the mentioned topic. The speaker uses this structure when they want to confirm a concept or clarify ideas related to the previously mentioned topic.

• “～と言うと” is often used in conversations when the speaker wants to hint at or relate to a topic relevant to what was just mentioned.
